• Adopting the latest computer control system, it can spray any stripe, dot, or mist shaped graphics.
• The automatic four corner holding box, clamping box and suction box three in one mode fast switching device is used to solve the problem of bottomless inner box, enclosure inner box and bottomed the inner box is assembled and formed without the need for a mold(which has been applied for national patent technology certification).
• In response to the current domestic inability to solve the problems of one-time automatic assembly and molding of book box sides and sky cover boxes, as well as one-time automatic bubble pressing, our company has exclusively developed a single side and double side one-time automatic assembly and molding vertical system, as well as a one-time automatic bubble pressing system that does not require modular replacement (which has been applied for national patent technology certification), solving the problem of manual box pressing causing the book box side to be not tight, resulting in cracking or seam opening, It saves labor and truly achieves one-time assembly forming, solving the problem of cracking or seam opening caused by the loose cover box of the artificial bubble pressing machine.
• All machines use imported electrical servo linkage systems, which are fast and accurate in positioning, and can be formed in one go with a molding error of +0.2mm, meeting the accuracy requirements of cigarette packs. The maximum assembly molding speed is 0-28 pieces per minute, and there is no waste production. Currently, it saves 4 people compared to semi-automatic double nozzle assembly machines on the market and 1 person compared to fully automatic assembly machines. it is also the fastest and most advanced one-time molding assembly equipment in China.
